Because every product is custom-made specifically for you using print-on-demand technology, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options.

What Qualifies for a Return or Replacement? We stand by the quality of our products. We will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund for any items that are:

  • Defective: This includes manufacturing errors such as printing mistakes, holes in the fabric, or significant flaws in the product’s construction.
  • Damaged: If your order arrives damaged from shipping.
  • Incorrect: If you receive the wrong item, size, color, or design from what you ordered.

What is NOT Eligible for a Return? Because each item is printed on demand just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Size Ordered: We provide detailed size charts on each product page. It is the customer’s responsibility to check these charts and select the correct size. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you order the wrong size.
  • “Change of Mind” or Buyer’s Remorse: Since we do not hold inventory and each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind about the purchase.
  • Minor Color Variations: Colors may appear slightly different on your screen than they do on the actual product due to monitor settings and lighting. Minor variations are not considered a defect.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

How to Report an Issue (The Process) If your order qualifies for a return based on the criteria above, please follow these steps within 21 days of delivery:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Send an email at support [at] sunis [dot] store with the subject line: “Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Necessary Information: In your email, please include:
    • Your full name and order number.
    • A clear description of the issue (e.g., “printing is smeared,” “received a size Large instead of Medium”).
    • Clear photos of the issue. This is mandatory. Please include a photo of the entire item and a close-up of the defect or damage.

Our Resolution Process Once we receive your email, we will:

  1. Investigate the Issue: We will review your photos and claim within 3-5 business days.
  2. Notify You of the Outcome: We will contact you via email to let you know if your request for a replacement or refund has been approved.
  3. Provide a Solution:
    • For approved claims, a replacement is our primary solution. We will immediately send a new, corrected item to you at no additional cost.
    • If a replacement is not possible or you prefer a refund for an approved claim, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Do I need to send the defective item back? Generally, no. To save you the hassle and reduce our environmental impact, we typically do not require you to return a defective or damaged item. We will let you know if we need the item back for any reason.
  • I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it? Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for size-related issues. Each item is custom-printed for your specific order, so we cannot restock or resell it. Please use the size chart on the product page before ordering to ensure you get the perfect fit.
