- Production begins immediately upon order confirmation
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started (typically within 24 hours)

- Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings
- Actual products may have minor variations from product images
- Sizes may vary slightly between manufacturers
- We are not responsible for minor variations in color or size

If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at email. We cannot guarantee that any changes will be possible, but we will do our best to assist if the production process has not yet started.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs

Delivery
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you
